Redpen is a software platform owned and operated by JEM Web Services Inc. ( “JEM,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

B. Website Content Submitted by Users

When you submit a URL through the Service:

  • We store retrieved HTML and associated metadata.
  • Retrieved content is associated with your account.

We do not access password-protected, restricted, or non-public areas of websites.

C. AI-Generated and User-Edited Content

We store:

  • AI-generated draft suggestions
  • Edits made within the platform
  • Version history associated with your account

D. Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect:

We use secure cloud infrastructure, including Supabase and related hosting providers, to store and process data.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including:

  • Abuse prevention measures

However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

  • Account data: retained while account is active.
  • Submitted webpage content and drafts: retained while account is active.
  • Deleted accounts: data permanently removed within 30-60 days.
  • System logs: retained for up to 12 months.

You may request account deletion at any time.
